What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as payments made through PayPal.
When will my credit card be charged?
For one-time purchases: Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed.
For Subscriptions: Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed. We will then bill and ship orders every 30 days onwards! If you ever need to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time from your account page.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If an item arrives damaged, please send us an email at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt with “Damaged” in the subject line and we’ll make sure to ship you a new product immediately!
How do I update my shipping and/or billing information?
Simply log into your account page to make those updates.
How do subscriptions work and can I cancel easily?
We believe that our HelloEden supplement, alongside diet, nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle, are cornerstone tools for building overall hormone health. By signing up for a subscription, you’ll easily be able to build HelloEden into your routine.
But we want you to feel good about what you’re taking. You can cancel your subscription easily from your account at any time. Or you can reach out to us directly to cancel, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

How do I return an item?
Making a return at helloeden.com is easy. Please email us at email@example.com within 30 days of receiving the product and we will send return instructions.
Please note, as our products are ingestible, we are unable to accept returns of opened products. Shipping a return is at your own cost and we are unable to refund your original order’s shipping cost.
